The Greater China Regional Global Technical Support Center (GCR GTSC) is one of five GTSCs in the world, with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Taiwan, and Hong Kong (to name a few). GCR GTSC is headquartered in Shanghai's Metro tower, with over 500 employees. These employees provide comprehensive technical support services to customers in America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. These Microsoft product experts present high quality technical support services in cooperation with other global technical support centers.
