Wuzhen

Located outside of Hangzhou City, the ancient water town of Wuzhen is said to go back to 7,000 years. The town was built on the Yangtze River Delta. This river was at one time the main means of transportation for the locals. The town's amazing history has fostered the support from government officials and the Wuzhen Tourism Development Co., Ltd to protect and rebuild what remains of this treasure. Wuzhen is located in the subtropical zone and experiences a monsoon climate.
